Physiotherapy Center Design

For this project, our clients, two physiotherapists specializing in prenatal, postpartum, and baby care, wanted to open their own health center dedicated to mother and baby care, offering physiotherapy, midwifery, and osteopathy services.

To verify if their chosen location could accommodate all the spaces they needed, they hired us to find the best possible layout for their practice. After multiple exchanges, we proposed two options:

• Option 1: A layout involving a small extension.
• Option 2: A layout without any extension.

Our local partner is now responsible for providing cost estimates for both options, enabling the clients to make an informed decision on whether to purchase the building and to approach banks for a mortgage.
